CRYOTON Co. Ltd. is a Company operating in the Hi-Tech field of superconducting electronics since June 1990. CRYOTON product line starts from dc-SQUID sensors, measuring probes, electronics and expands to complete single and multi-channel dc-SQUID-based systems for magnetocardiography (MCG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG). CRYOTON develops measuring systems for physical research and non-destructive evaluation, including the systems for ultra-low-temperature- and ultra-sensitive measurements. CRYOTON designs, manufactures and sells state-of-the-art electronics for both low-Tc and high Tc SQUIDs. The new line of our dc-SQUID electronics E-115 L, D, DB is based on the microcontrollers. These models can be combined into multichannel modules with number of channels up to 32. All of models are very flexible for programming and creating of multichannel measuring systems. They use the universal bias-reversal (DB), conventional dc-bias (L) or direct read-out (D) schemes and represent a breakthrough in terms of simplicity, reliability and cost. More than five years CRYOTON designs and fabricates a non-magnetic fiberglass-based cryostats for application with a SQUID-based measuring systems. A new series of cryostats include low-noise liquid helium cryostats for MCG- and MEG-systems and liquid nitrogen cryostats for bio- and geophysical applications. CRYOTON offers custom design of cryostats according the requirements and wishes of users. During fifteen years CRYOTON have produces a big number of SQUID-based measuring systems, including magnetic materials characterization systems, general-purpose research systems, 1- and 7-channel MCG-systems operating in open (non-shielded) magnetic environment. The MCG-systems take measurements of the heart magnetic field distribution over the patient's chest in 6x6 nodes of the regular grid. The 7-channel MCG-systems require only 4 or 6 measurements and a few minutes for preliminary data analysis. Now we have the complete line of multichannel MCG-systems which are capable of providing diagnostics of both arrythmogenic substrate and ischemic changes of myocardium, localization of accessory pathways and actopic focuses after a measurement in a matter of minutes, with spatial resolution of 3-5 mm. MCG-software includes the programs for the system control and magnetocardiac signal registration and analysis. The proprietary algorithms for analytical solution of the inverse problem are developed as well as an original ways of analysis and presentation of the cardiomagnetic data for a practicing medical doctors. Clinical testing of CRYOTON's MCG-systems at the hospitals started last year. All MCG-systems are complete with positioning systems and cryostat holders, non-magnetic movable patient beds and cryogenic accessories.
